  • Write interface copy for Facebook's products, including ads and business platforms and artificial intelligence (ex: face recognition products).

  • Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers, to advocate for a human-centered approach and create a narrative for our products.

  • Mentor new content strategists to improve their onboarding experience and help them be successful.

  • Interview new candidates to grow our team and find the right people for the right roles.

  • Performed content audits of clients’ websites, product suites, and/or marketing materials, working closely with UX to optimize navigation and site structure.

  • Coordinate workflows, project deadlines, and Basecamp project management site.

  • Act as point-person for both interns and project staff at the participating institutions of the Frick, Brooklyn Museum, and MoMA, to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making.

  • Supervise the interns of the Brooklyn Museum in evaluating and cataloging library materials related to the grant project.

  • Provide outreach support by answering reference questions, blogging about library activities, and leading tours of the library for new interns and staff of the museum.

  • Handle rights & reproductions for image requests pertaining to library materials.

ARCHIVES ASSISTANT

  • Performed archival research based on reference inquiries and tracked these reference results.

  • Accessioned, processed, and described curatorial and Director’s records according to archival content standards and internal guidelines.

  • Cataloged past installation images in WorldCat, utilizing controlled vocabularies, which increased intellectual access to the museum’s exhibitions through the library’s online catalog.

  • Compiled statistical data and research materials to support grant report writing.

  • Liaised between the Archives and other museum departments as needed for object research.

  • Maintained the contact sheet photo library for quick reference. Acted as liaison between faculty, staff, and photographers to appropriately share images and information.

  • Led staff training sessions on using the Digital Image Library. Renamed and tagged images for easy reference across multiple categories.
